This week’s prompt is:  Becoming You in 111 words

What did it take to become you? What was the recipe of experiences that led up to who you are? What kind of people did you surround yourself with? What kind of limitations or extravagances were you born into? What road did you follow that led you to this point? Don’t give us a single event or turning point, but rather a recipe for making you the person that you are. And to make it more of a challenge, explain all of this while using exactly 111 words. Using no more and no less, make each word count.

The article that you link to this prompt should be a new post written specifically for this assignment.

Dungeon Prompts can be a vehicle for us to open up the abandoned rooms inside ourselves and dust them off a bit.   Take the prompt, explore the recesses of your mind, and get back with a poem, story, essay or creative offering.  Link your post to this specific prompt page and I’ll share your link back with our readers.

To participate, all you’ll need to do is:

1.            Tag your post with: “DungeonPrompts”

2.            Link back to this page in the body of your post *

3.            Dive deep within and give us a glimpse of your soul!**

*note: If the pingback doesn’t work, then please leave the link to your post in the comment section.

**If you don’t have a blog please feel free to join the discussion in the comment section

Be sure and come back to check out the other prompt contributors throughout the week. Comment on their posts and let them know what you think.  Together we can help create a community of great writers and honest seekers.  We are a mad blend, let us honor the wisdom within.
