This week’s prompt is:  Moral Authority

It’s the return of Dungeon Prompts.  With so much going on in the world today, let’s not forget to search within and examine and take apart our own opinions.  This weeks issue is moral authority.

You can tackle this issue from any perspective you wish.  The basic question is what is morality for you?  Where does your morality come from?  Is there someone that you look to as a moral authority?  Does your morality come from your sense of truth or human nature?  Does it have to do with religion or spirituality, or is it a completely separate issue for you? How do you integrate your own beliefs, with the beliefs of others?

The article that you link to this prompt should be a new post written specifically for this assignment.

Dungeon Prompts can be a vehicle for us to open up the abandoned rooms inside ourselves and dust them off a bit.  Take the prompt, explore the recesses of your mind, and get back with a poem, story, essay or creative offering.  Link your post to this specific prompt page and I’ll share your link back with our readers.

To participate, all you’ll need to do is:

1.            Tag your post with: “DungeonPrompts”

2.            Link back to this page in the body of your post *

3.            Dive deep within and give us a glimpse of your soul!**

*note: If the pingback doesn’t work, then please leave the link to your post in the comment section.

**If you don’t have a blog please feel free to join the discussion in the comment section

Be sure and come back to check out the other prompt contributors throughout the week. Comment on their posts and let them know what you think.  Together we can help create a community of great writers and honest seekers.  We are a mad blend, let us honor the wisdom within.

      1. Yes… yes… I know. It’s been a crazy summer! Many transitions in the works, but I’ve missed writing. This is a great time for you to do this. Your prompts have always pushed me to create, even when extremely busy. I feel like each one is a personal dare from you. Lol

    1. Actually, as I reflect on it, I remember yours was a blog I found early in my blogging career. I’m thinking about all that has happened since then, and you were there with me through all of it. A constant through some big changes. I’m glad you’re here. *hugs*

      1. I am. It’s the reason I have been so quite these past several months as I adjust to the new job. I get to do so many things I like. So happy! Well, except when I look at world events…
