Noble Truth

If I were to condense my

frustrations into a sutra I

might use, this human birth

don’t suit ya, or maybe, I think

therefore I suffer, or how about,

meditation means removing

the buffer –

you can take one or all of

them as I go on flipping

through happiness and pain like

a coin toss – too frustrated

to face my spiritual

thoughts, I’ll go on grasping

my darkness like shastra and

blessing my weaknesses

with tolerance.

I am a King without a Kingdom, in a world with many masters, wrapped in the spoils of a jealous heart, and my people’s callous laughter.
